Plaansky stores your email, optional display name, income setup, budget categories, transactions, trip destinations, savings goals, itineraries and checklists, companion names or email addresses you enter, trip expenses, virtual points, and app preferences. Foreground location is optional for trip routing. We do not collect bank credentials, payments, SMS messages, or investment information.
We use this data to authenticate your account, save budgets and trip plans, calculate reports, and provide support. Data is stored using Firebase and Google Cloud. Google Maps services process destination searches and, with permission, current coordinates for routes. Gemini receives your destination and dates for general travel guidance, not Google place details or precise coordinates. Google services also process data under the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here.
Firebase Authentication, Performance Monitoring, and Crashlytics may process identifiers, usage, IP-derived approximate location, performance, and crash diagnostics to operate, protect, and improve the app. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Saved trip plans contain place IDs and task progress; Google place details are fetched for the open trip screen, not saved in our trip database. Current location is not continuously tracked or saved in the plan. Invited trip collaborators can view the shared trip and update its itinerary and checklist. Financial entries outside the shared trip are private to your account.
Delete your account and associated profile, budgets, transactions, trip plans, and trip expenses in Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email krishnavishal031999@gmail.com. No system is completely risk-free.
Travel and accommodation prices are estimates, not booking quotes. Confirm routes, hours, safety conditions, availability, and final prices with the provider. Plaansky provides budgeting tools and general educational information, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or credit advice.
